Lawyer Stefano Gregorio
Graduated with honors from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” he has gained specific experience in advising Italian and international companies in all aspects of labor law, union law and social security law, collaborating since the beginning of his career, both professionally and academically – scientifically, with Prof. Mattia Persiani, of whose firm he was a member until 2009, first as an associate and, then, as a partner.
He regularly deals with the labor and union law implications of corporate reorganizations, employee compensation plans, stock ownership plans, business transfers and company acquisitions or mergers.
He specializes in litigation and represents the interests of employers in important court cases.
He is the author of numerous publications and lectures in graduate courses.

Lawyer Arialdo De Petris
Attorney Arialdo De Petris graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza.”
In July 2013, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security at the same University, with a final thesis on the topic of Worker Protection and Safety, supervisor Prof. Giuseppe Santoro Passarelli.
He gained extensive experience in private law (civil law and labor law) within leading law firms.
In June 2024, he joined the firm to delve into labor law issues, drawing on his personal knowledge of civil law.
